My name is Nic McLeod I am 25 from Springdale, Arkansas. Thank you for visiting and supporting BodyBuildingZoo.com please do not hesitate to let me know what you would like to see, learn or supplements you didnt find on our website. I have loved the sport of Bodybuilding since I first saw men like, Franco Columbu, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Dorian Yates. I have been Bodybuilding for about 2 1/2 years now, before that I was more along the lines of power lifting, strength and speed training for sports.  

After years of injuries and inconsistancy in the gym, I got back in with a vengence about 16 months ago. I plam on competing in Atlanta in November at an NPC pro qualifier. I am currenly at 6'0 1/2 264 9% BF. I am going to take you through the complete transformation process and show you what I've learned and how you can do it too.
